Micro-Manager-1.3: μManager is a software program designed to control automated microscopes. It enables users to perform common microscope image acquisition tasks, such as time-lapses, multi-channel imaging, z-stacks, and combinations thereof. Compatible with microscopes from Leica, Nikon, Olympus, and Zeiss, as well as scientific-grade cameras and peripherals, μManager is available for multiple platforms and integrates with ImageJ for image analysis.
